Memphis Brass is big band with 5 rhythm players, 5 saxes, 4 trombones and 4 trumpets, and when the mood strikes us, a singer or two. We perform  a spectrum of big band jazz from across the eras and observe no limits regarding style. But we really do like playing swing, straight ahead and few funky twists thrown in to keep everyone on their toes. Audiences seem to like the changing mix of music as our typical audience at Memphis Nightclub in Addison is 50 – 75% repeats, meaning they come back again and again. We have fun, they have fun, it’s about music, having a good time and making friends.
